💸 Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 USD
✈️ Travel: Flexible travel to client sites across the US and Canada, with occasional visits to our Southampton HQ

We're looking for a Client Delivery Manager to lead complex software projects across the full lifecycle—working with clients, developers, and internal stakeholders to translate vision into results. The role:
- Drive the delivery of projects to ensure that the objectives are clearly defined and achieved within the agreed time, cost and quality constraints.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure the agreed project outputs are delivered to enable benefits to be realised.
- Break down customer requirements into actionable deliverables, creating detailed project roadmaps, milestones, and resource plans to ensure smooth execution.
- Translate complex business needs into technical solutions by collaborating with Solutions Architects, Developers, and other subject matter experts.
- Champion best practices in project scoping and estimation, validating feasibility, effort, and resource allocation with key stakeholders.
Some key areas you’ll be working on:
- Own project delivery from scope to close-out.
- Define and document project scope with clarity, ensuring alignment between customer expectations and internal delivery capabilities.
- Create and manage detailed roadmaps, milestones, and developer tickets.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with developers, solution architects, and client teams.
- Manage project risk, governance, and change.
- Build trust and alignment with senior stakeholders across customer and internal teams.
- Support pre-sales processes including SOW and proposal creation.
Important to have:
- 4+ years as a Project Manager or Delivery Manager in a tech or services organisation.
- Experience with full software development lifecycle.
- A strong client service mindset, with experience delivering projects in a professional services or consulting environment.
- Clear communicator who can simplify complexity and earn stakeholder confidence.
- Organised, proactive, and commercially aware.
- Able to travel occasionally for in-person customer engagement.
- (Ideally) experience in or exposure to the hospitality or travel sectors
- (Bonus: Experience with Salesforce, QA processes, or InfoSec-aware implementations).
- Understands the commercial levers to pull to build a profitable business and manage teams and project commercials to enable that.

Able to build key relationships and gain trust through emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
Active problem solver and creative thinker; an appetite for continuous improvement and ability to come up with multiple creative solutions to a problem.
Organised and proactive; a self starter with a willingness to get stuck in and work with little direction.
A team player; fun to work with and enjoys being part of a passionate, dynamic, agile team in a fast moving environment.
Flexible and adaptable; easily adopts new software and processes and comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities.
