Location: Hybrid (Remote + Southampton HQ + Travel)
Salary: £24,000 - £35,000 DOE (+On Target Earnings up-to double your salary)

The Role
The Business Development Representative (BDR) role underpins Alliants’ growth and will assume responsibility for supporting the business’ sales strategy incorporating the best approach to build robust pipelines and relationships with the best hotel brands in the world.
Reporting to the VP, Sales EMEA this role will also be responsible for achieving your sales KPI’s to support our sales strategy. The role requires you to work closely with our internal team(s) to make sure our customers experience is at the core of every decision Alliants’ makes.
The BDR will identify, generate, manage and close opportunities for the Alliants Experience Platform (AXP) and associated products. Responsibilities include:
Some key areas you’ll be working on:
- Proactively prospect customers within our target audience and contact by the most appropriate method
- Build engaging relationships with prospects by showing how our Alliants Experience Platform (AXP) is positively impacting progression within the industry and will be an asset to their business operations
- Effectively and diligently assist the end-to-end sales cycle
- Diligently track and update your prospect information within our CRM (Salesforce)
- Assist in all administration associated within our CRM (Salesforce)
- Proactively test new outreach strategies to effectively communicate with decision makers within chosen organisations
- Manage inbound sales leads and allocate them across the team appropriately
- Keep a pulse on the Hospitality & Travel technical industry to help understand prospects changing pain points and discover new target markets
- Write accurate and comprehensive SOW / RFPs to ensure a smooth transition to our Customer Success team.
Additional Responsibilities:
- It is expected that a portion of your time will be spent supporting the VP Sales in larger opportunities.
- You may also work hand in hand with the marketing team to ensure optimal and appropriate use of data as well as a smooth transition of leads generated from marketing campaigns into the sales funnel
Important to have:
- You are a self starter and capable of working independently and/or remotely
- You are capable of working at pace in changing environments to deliver sales KPI’s
- You are digitally savvy, using all available methods and tools to reach decision makers
- You are competent at communicating and presenting across organisational hierarchies
- Good working knowledge and experience with Salesforce
Nice To Have
- You have had 2+ years Sales experience, both inbound and outbound prospecting
- You have had work experience within the hospitality industry
- You are experienced with SaaS sales
- Worked in a fast paced, high growth environment
- Experience in Enterprise B2B Sales
